Understanding how well your call campaign is performing is essential to maximizing your Return-on-Investment. Once your call campaign has begun, your progress can be viewed at any time through our proprietary, online portal system.

Each day a detailed report of your calls is provided to you. Simply log in to your account and instantly view how many hours your campaign was run, the number of calls made, the disposition of those calls (i.e. leads, answering machines, not availables, etc.), number of leads generated, and much more.

Any leads generated are sent to you via email or can be accessed through the online portal in your Scheduling tool. An alert is set for that lead and notes are provided on what action needs to be taken next.

You will also be able to see which prospects requested additional information and have the option of having that information sent to them by us or your own staff. Timely reporting will give you much greater control over your campaign and make following up with interested prospects easier and faster than ever.
